1. Parting surface

2. Frame

3. Mold accuracy

Including card avoidance, precise positioning, guide post, positioning pin, etc.

4. Gating system

It is located between the injection machine nozzle and the answer cavity, and is composed of a main flow channel, a shunt channel, a gate and a cold material hole.

5. Others

The shrinkage of plastics and the factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of products, such as mold manufacturing and assembly errors, mold wear and so on. In addition, the matching of the technological and structural parameters of the molding machine should also be considered in the design of the press mold and the injection mold.
